E-mail us

Questions, bugs or ideas — we read everything.

prettytviptiv@gmail.com

To help us help you, tell us which device and app version you use (Settings → About) and what happened. Never send us your password, Xtream login or playlist link — we don’t need them, and we can’t help you find content.

Common problems

A channel won’t play

Try another channel first. If none play, check that your subscription with your provider is active and that you can log in elsewhere. Some formats (for example MKV or AVI films) can’t be played by every device’s built-in player — on Apple devices the app tells you when that happens.

The TV guide is empty

Not all providers include a guide. Add an XMLTV guide link under Setup, or use the one PrettyTv finds automatically for Xtream logins. Guide data for channels only appears when the channel IDs in the playlist match the guide.

The edges of the picture are cut off on my TV

Open Settings → Appearance and use the overscan calibration to move the corners until everything fits.

New channels from my provider don’t show up

PrettyTv caches the channel list so it starts fast. Refresh the playlist from the setup screen to fetch the latest list.

Moving to a new TV or phone

Use “Send to another device” to move favourites and groups over your home network with a six-digit code, or export them to a file and import it on the new device.

Manage or cancel PrettyTv Premium

Subscriptions are handled by the store you bought from, so they are cancelled there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Google Play (Android phone, tablet and Android TV)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Choose PrettyTv Premium and tap Cancel subscription.

Or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions in a browser. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.

Samsung TV

Samsung TV subscriptions are made with Samsung Checkout and belong to your Samsung account. Manage them in your Samsung account’s subscription and purchase settings on the TV. If you can’t find it, e-mail us and we’ll guide you.

Apple devices

The iPhone, iPad and Apple TV versions currently have no subscriptions. If that changes, they will be managed in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Delete your data

Everything PrettyTv stores is on your own device. Use Settings → General → Reset the app, or uninstall it. We keep no account or data about you, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Read more in the Privacy Policy.

Can you help me find channels?

No. PrettyTv is only a player and comes with no content. We don’t sell, recommend or support any provider. Please use a service you have the right to watch.

We don’t host any content. For complaints about content, contact the provider that serves it. For anything concerning the app itself, write to prettytviptiv@gmail.com — see Terms, section 5.
